Jost offers a competitive benefits package, including health care, dental, short-and long-term disability and life insurance. Employees become eligible for these benefits after a two-month waiting period.
Holidays: Regular full-time employees are eligible for up to 9 holidays (72 hours) each year.
Personal Time Off: Employees become eligible for paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of continuous employment. Increased PTO becomes available after 2, 5, 7 and 12 years.

Pension: Jost now offers a 401k/profit sharing plan.
Applicants must pass a pre-employment background inquiry, which includes a criminal background check and drug screening. Some positions may also require a physical assessment and respirator fit.
